1. (WIP) A New Web3 Platform:

Leveled-up User Engagement by building a new Web3 platform that combines airdrops with gaming, through user-retention quests and achievement awards, keeping players hooked.

2. VeVe Collectibles Marketplace:

Spearheaded the development and implementation of comprehensive cross-platform UI/UX design guidelines, ensuring a consistent user experience across mobile (IOS and Android) and web, increased design consistency and facilitated a smooth app store approval process.

3. Arcadia by OP Games:

Successfully transitioned a traditional Web2 gaming studio into a future-proof Web3 platform, creating a strong onboarding and retention flow that fosters trust and strengthens community ties.

4. SkyMap Global/AetoSky:

Transformed complex backend AI solutions into a user-friendly front-end product. Visually compelling dashboards with clear navigation help users identify trends and analyze changes in historical data layers.

1. Porsche Customer Journey Optimization

Faced with a lack of customer preference data for Porsche, I tackled the cold-start problem through UX workshops with stakeholders, and user testing sessions Leveraged a combination of attitudinal and quantitative research methods to uncover customer preferences while ensuring data privacy.

2. Empowering Seniors with XR Technology: Ah Boom Goes Digital

Conducted rigorous user testing for "Ah Boom Goes Digital," an XR (Extended Reality) senior care initiative. Facilitated 16 moderated user interviews, leveraging Dovetail to analyze results and identify key insights. This ensured alignment between product development and the needs of senior users.

User experience plays a crucial role in turning that brand promise into reality. It's about crafting intuitive interactions that leave users with a positive and lasting impression.

1. VeVe: Streamlined & Unified User Experience

Led a redesign, implementing a new design system and streamlined UX flows. This ensured a seamless journey for users on all devices, solving the inconsistent user experience across desktop and mobile platforms, that previously hampered the VeVe experience. Additionally, introduced new market integrations, enriching the marketplace experience and expanding user offerings.

2. SocialFi Mobile Experience: Building Social Connections Through Mobile

Designed a feature-rich SocialFi mobile app fostering community building and user engagement. The app prioritizes highlighting limited-time events and drops, keeping users excited and informed.

Learnings within UX

Teaching and mentoring are things I find exciting in in my day to day with my team. I'm constantly fascinated by the process of growing and learning from the larger community, and the impact of learning from other experiences. Creating content is a way for me to share my thoughts and experiences, contribute to ongoing discussions, and ultimately learn from others in the community.

Transforming Seniors' Well-Being with AR Gamification

Experience the power of Ah Boom Goes Digital, where immersive AR, XR technology, psychological exercises, and gamified UX interactions converge to create an impactful user experience. Our project significantly enhances active aging attitudes, mental well-being, and the maintenance of mental resilience among seniors.

Using design to encourage uptake of hobbies to embrace seniors' ideal lifestyle
Provide, organize and support healthy communal activities in emotional, mental and physical arenas
Optimizing motion tracking interactive interfaces across web, tablet, AR, MR, and responsive platforms,

63% remarkable improvement towards active ageing attitudes, mental well being and maintaining mental resilience in the C19 pandemic. IDI and A/B testing was done, leading to a 30% improvement in user engagement and a 20% decrease in bounce rates across different devices.

Jalan Journey

Games for Powering up Immersive Learning

April 2024, Jalan Journey clinched the Frederick H. Gloeckner Award in USA

January 2024, Jalan Journey was awarded Bronze in the National Youth Entrepreneurship Awards Singapore.

Implementing user-centered design principles and conducting usability testing and feedback sessions resulted in a 95% engagement rate among students, surpassing traditional character education methods. Pre- and post-game assessments revealed a 30% increase in empathy and a deeper understanding of social issues among participating students.

Building Empathy, Igniting Change. Traditional Character Education lessons struggle to engage technologically adept youths. We curate immersive virtual journeys that challenge students to make choices that shape the storyline and explore the consequences of their actions, promoting critical thinking and social responsibility.
